yaya improved so much in rising sun, she has so much control over her tears and eyebrows (no more weird wiggling LOL). so much emotions! and they finally understood each other. I did!! i mostly watched it live even without eng sub but lately the buffering is so bad!!! i have to follow on youtube and they don’t finish upload all the parts until 12pm….!! im very impatient!! 🙁 just so sad!! that is cruel to a pretty girl like her!! so i’m so glad that yuji finally showed up to challenge ryu!!! which of course, makes ryu thinks twice about looking at her from afar….hehe he couldn’t do it anymore. so all these years, it’s understandable that a pretty girl like her has no man lining up to ask her hand! she looks so miserable when the girls (nurses) discuss ryu’s flings on the gossip newspaper. cause even when ryu broke up with her, she’s still looked by others as his “fiancee”, which means other men don’t court her (who would, her supposed fiancee is a gang leader?!). – the person i feel bad for the most is mayumi though. i’m disappointed that they didn’t keep that part because it would make sense for someone with his looks to have many girls around him, instead of being a virgin for 7 years. – did you guys know that ryu was a playboy in the book? he actually dated akiko for a while before realizing that he can’t let go of mayumi and started to pursue her. – yuji (played by mike’s brother, Golf) is so cute when he was a teenager. this is a good foundation built up in part 1!!! love love love!! but we can’t blame him either because he’s seen what happened to mario and his wife and what they HAD went through. – ryu deserved it though since he broke up with her when she was willing to stay by his side. – ryu and mayumi are soooo lonely and miserable after the 7-year break up. – soyreal (leader of gang = ryu)’s enemies tripled?!!! Okay, finished watching episode 1 SUBBED (finally!!!) and here’s my thoughts. I hope no one asks me for part 1 because i snored through that one.
